Searchgasm does not host audio files. Playback uses third-party URLs proxied for convenience. We do not claim ownership of indexed posts, titles, descriptions, or audio recordings.

Adult and NSFW Content

Content indexed by Searchgasm may include explicit sexual themes, strong language, and other material suitable only for adults. You access this content at your own discretion and risk.

Searchgasm is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content on Reddit, Soundgasm, or other third-party platforms.

Third-Party Content and Services

Search results link to or reference content hosted by third parties, including Reddit and Soundgasm. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and policies.

Searchgasm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Soundgasm, or the creators of indexed content unless explicitly stated.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Searchgasm only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service or others. You must not:

• Abuse, overload, or scrape the site or its proxies in a way that interferes with normal operation
• Use automated tools to extract data at a rate or volume that degrades service for others

Intellectual Property

The Searchgasm name, site design, and original application code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Indexed post titles, descriptions, tags, and audio recordings remain the property of their respective creators and platforms.

If you believe content indexed by Searchgasm infringes your rights, contact the hosting platform (Reddit or Soundgasm) directly. Searchgasm indexes publicly available metadata and does not control third-party hosting.

Disclaimers

Searchgasm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Searchgasm resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
